Dies at 81 Rites Monday Mrs Krank J Jirkl 81 115A sL S K died at a local nursing lomc Thursday following a five nonths illness The daughter of oseph and Mary IryWl Wondra Mrs Plrkl was horn March 2 872 at Summit Steclc County Minn She spent her childhood near iummll and lived there until she vas married to Frank J 1lrkl on July 27 1890 in St Josephs Church in Summit They cstah ished their first residence on a arm near Summit where they ived except for about seven yeai8 spent in the 1rair e area until they came to Mason ity in 1009 Mrs Plrk was a member of St Josephs Catholic Church and the Jabernacfc Society She was prc in death by her husband Jov 2 1944 and three daughters Mrs Patrick Leonard in 1042 Jo and Eleanor who died in The survivors include a daugh ter MrsVV C Thompson two sons Incomplete CLEAR John Paul 305 First Ave N pioneer resident of Grant Township died Thurs day evening at the home of Mrs Louisa Wisley 1005 S Eighth St where she was moved Wednesday Mrs Paul was a daughter of Mr and Mrs Mark Dexter who came to Mason City in the early days and later took up farming in Grant Township She had been 111 for about a year suffering from a heart condition Mrs Paul was preceded in death by her husband three sisters Mrs Edith Braylon Brill and Mmes Olive Hopper and Scbc Jahkins flushvillc Neb and two brothers Dexter Deer River Minn and Tom Dexter who died as a young
