to Obey Order EirMETSBURO Nov W Strohm state fire marshal has start ed ault against Mrs M A Scott who conducts a milliner store tln Emmets burg In which he seeks to collect for the state which he claims tho state is entitled to as a penalty for maintaining a fire hazard in tho way the defendant conducts her business The state sets out In the petition that about Feb 15 1927 an order waa made by the state fire marshal order Ing and requiring the defendant to make a general cleanup of her prem ie imrt tr rut them In tit and proper condition for carrying on her busi ness as required by the state fire de partment under an act provided by law When the state served notice on the defendant she was sivezi two weeks in which to comply with the or der anditho plaintiff alleges that the defendant has failed to comply with the clean up order that a number of months expired for tho cleaning up of said premises and the defend ant is now in default The state now seeks to a day which has
