will not be submitted until midJune Because the Liberal party has only a minority of the House of Commons seats the debate on the throne speech will have unusual significance The government could be toppled by a vote of no confidence Political observers generally predict that the opposi tion leaders will strike out vigor ously at the nuclear decision an nounced in Hyannis Port Mass last Saturday but that they will not try to bring down the govern ment The Liberals hold 129 of the 265 seats in the House of Commons The Conservatives have 95 seats the Social Credit 23 and the New Democratic
