Be in Offing FROM DUE WIRE SERVICES WASHINGTON The United States Friday signed a aid agreement with Gommunis Poland and promised more if and when Congress pro vides authority and funds The agreement ended months of negotiations set off las February by President Eisenhow ers promise to help Poland o any other Red nation which de monstrates a will to assert its so vereignty and independence of So viet domination The longrange purpose behin the U S aid program Eisenhow er made clear is to let the So viet satellite countries know tbe case of as wae done previously in the case of Yugo that they Given 10Year Sentence LINCOLN Neb Helen F Warren Friday was sentenced by District Judge Harry A Spen cer to 10 years in the Womens Reformatory at York for the sash weight slaying of her husband
