OF WEST PARK WILL BE SCHEME USED Equipment for Playground Is Ordered and Arriving By a gradual development of JVVest park the city plot located on the bank of Willow creek on First street northwest the city plans to add another municipal playground picnic grounds and tennis courts ac cording1 to announcement made Monday by P F Hopkins city man ager The work of developing the park which has already been started will probably continue thruout the sum mer and fall according to the plan Members of the street and park de partments will devote a part of their time in the development of the project Playground equipment has been ordered and is now arriving piece The first apparatus to be erected will be a 4 board seesaw merrygoround similar to the one m East park and a small sliCe Oth er pieces of equipment will be added as the demand grows according to the city manager Facilities for picnickers will also be added to the park and it Is planned to erect a comfort station of concrete blocks The station will be 18 feet by 16 feet with a center wall and 2 toliets Fountains for drinking water will also be installed A dressing room for bathers in the creek near the dam will be erec
