altitudes We worked them out and plotted him in latitude north longitude 5730 west which wng 150 miles northeast of his given position We Immediately turned about and proceeded to take radio bearings which checked with our find ings This proved the accuracy anl effi ciency of tho radio compass without which the FloiMa could not have been located Me took a position on the Floridas wealher beam a
