Iowa Tax Commission Wednesday said in additional 20 million dollars could be raised each year if tax free services ranging from those of the physician to the plumber were subjected to the twocent state tales tax The report enumerated 13 such services that be included Commission Research Director Louis H Cook said the report was made at the request of Sen Her man Knudson RClear Lake anc Rep
