OKd FROM OUR WIRE SERVICES Senate approval was forecast Thursday for a Housepassed emergency Air Force construction bill as a House subcommittee folio wed through on a measure to provide actual funds A unanimous 3470 House vote sent to the Senate a bill to au thorize of new Air Force Funds It includes projects for a start on the nations third base for intercontinental ballistic missiles dispersal of bomber bases a missile warning system and other works Chairman Stennis DMiss said he will call hearings early next week before a Senate armed serv ices subcommittee in an effort to hurry the
