French Republic and appointed Michel Debre as Premier In laking Ihe oath of office De Gaulle declared that during his sevenyear lerm he would if need be impose what the public good demands Debre is an an adult died Thursday in t roaring fire in i tourroom wooden home All the bodies except that of one child were piled on uul around a bed in a rear room which had no outside door Apparent ly someone pushed Ilic one child out a window hut the child was dead The victims were Sara Gardner 38 her 10 children three orphaned nieces and two visilins nephews from Oklahoma City All he victims were Negroes Hooker Gardner had been away hunting Almost in shock and his face halyard Gardner walked about aimlessly apparently unable to comprehend immediately the disaster which struck his family lie said that when he started home from his limiting trip be fore dawn 1 felt sorta Gardner told Tony Price reporter of the Paris News that he started on a hunt about oclock Wednesday nipjil and huntedall night
