Sane HOUSTON Tex pretty auburnhaired dime store clerk was charged Thursday with strangling young sons to free them from the taunts of play mates that their father was a con vict Mrs Ann Williams 28 told po lice she killed Conrad 8 and Cal vin 9 a week ago Wednesday and dismembered their bodies with a razor blade The softspoken woman a devo tee of astrology was pronounced legally sane following an exam ination by Dr CsA psychiatrist Sheriff C V Kern said he be lieved Mrs Williams alone killed and dismembered the boys and that she knew what she was She was held without bond for the county grand jury A 22year old truck driver identified as her boy friend was released after an hours questioning Kern said he was cleared Mrs Williams said she killed the boys because they were being taunted about having a convict for a father Her husband Hoyt is serving a term in an Atlanta federal prison for automobile theft and transporting Big Problems Facing Premier Edgar Faure PARIS with a mass of
