Give Farmers 4 Freedoms DES MOINES UP Agricul ture Secretary Ezra Benson told the National Farm Institute Fri day the administrations farm program would give farmers the four freedoms they want The liberties are more free dom to plant more freedom to market more freedom to meel competition more freedom from government interference Benson said Key features of the farm pro gram are larger acreage allot ments for crops and price sup ports ranging from 60 to 90 per cent of parity instead of 75 to 90 per cent Programs which are economic a 11 y sound administratively feasible and financially support able simply do not flow from mixed formula calculations rigid parity Benson said Addressed Luncheon Benson addressed a luncheon of the 20th National Farm Insti tute an annual meeting of na cooperation with an FBI probe of allega tions that Communications Commissioner Richard A Mack received thousands of dollars from an attorney in a Miami television case that the investigating subcommittee he heads will call Mack to testify very soon on the charges made by the groups ousted counsel Bernard Schwartz Testifying under oath Schwartz said Mack has acknowledged accepting several thousand dollars from a lawyer Schwartz said was active in getting a television license for a firm rated by an FCC examiner as the least of four applicants He said Mack described the money as loans A
