holding an American military convoy with in sight of the West German bor der after being refused permis sion to examine an open cargo of jeeps The Army charged deten tion of the fourtruck convoy from Berlin was with the ous intention of creating an in Two stiff protests and demands for immediate release of the trucks were sent the Red army The trucks were stopped at thci Marienborn checkpoint at
