ANGELES Dec 31 frooming ot the armys trlmotored Fokker airplane Question Mark was planned at the metropolitan airport hera today preliminary to its takeoff at 7 a tomorrow In an attempt to break the worlds refueling endur ance flight record of 60 hours 7 min utes Flying for the first time over the full course to be followed in the at tempt to stay aloft 300 hours or more the Question Mark yesterday moved to the scene ot the takeoff in a mile flight from Rockwell field at San Diego Two pilots and a mechanician mem bers of the crew of five which will he aboard the ship tomorrow morning Hans J Adamson an observer rep resenting Assistant Secretary of War Trubee Davidson and two newspaper men made the test flight during which the ship functioned perfectly Use 750 Gallons Daily Adamson announced enroute that the planes motors would consume ap proximately 750 gallons of gasoline dally during Its flight and said that the ships two attendant planes would deliver supplies food and messages three times dally Twice a day 300 gallons of gasoline will be taken on and once 150 will be supplied The ship will cruise at 70 miles an hour In the flight designed by tho r to teat of motor Philippine senate will be sent to Washington to oppose pas saga of the TImberlake resolution which would limit the amount of duty fres sugar exported from the Islands to the United Ths delegation mornings report which was more detailed than recently and altho ft recorded a rather disturbed night it announced some improvement In the kings appetite and that he Is holding his own as to general
