Des Moines as secretary of the state board n education to accept a position as superintendent of documents a Iowa State college was announced Wednesday by George T Baker Davenport president of the board Baker also announced that a committee of the board had nom nated Merrill R Pierson business manager of the Iowa School for the Deaf at Council Bluffs to succeed Gemmill as secretary Bakers
