has indicted a former city clerk and exonerated a county home custodian of criminal negli gence in the death of a patient E Leslie Crabb who resigned ast June 30 as city clerk was indicted for purchasing goods un der false pretenses The jury cleared William Dohr man in the death of John Gaarde 69 a patient At the county home Gaarde was fatally burned last Oct 20 when a cigaret lighter ig nited his clothing Crabb who now lives in Illinois was accused of illegally purchas ing approximately in fuel oil and having it delivered to his home during a threeyear period ending last April 1
