long illness Mr McMillen was former ly associated with the LettsSpen cer Wholesale house in Mason City In 1912 he moved to St Paul where he became associated with the Sanitary Foods Company Surviving are two daughters Mrs Julius Larson and Mrs Arch Buchanan and three sons John Lawrence and Clifford Jr all of St Paul He was the brotherinlaw of Mrs Gene KramJ icr and a cousin of Julia Shipley Potts Mason City He was preceded in death by his wife the former Mary Connelly in 1934 Funeral services will be held Monday morning in St Paul The body is expected to arrive in Ma son City Monday evening
