national party a rallying point for all antiGold water forces in or out of Ihc Re publican party Hut If Johnson and Humphrey follow Die technique they used Thursday night at the Demo cratic convention Johnson will be making lofty speeches with out direct namecalling while Humphrey tries to hit Goldwat er between the eyes Johnson was mild talking ol the needs and the glorious possi bilkics of the convicted of failure to file federal income lax returns and ordered thai his license to practice law be suspended for 90 days beginning Sept 1 The court in its order said it was taking the action recom mended by the Committee on Professional Ethics and Conduct of the Iowa Stale Bar Associa tion The court said Swisher a Democrat had advised lhat he did not intend to file exceptions to the report of Die committee The order said Swisher is reprimanded by this court for his failure to file income tax re urns and pay income tax for the years 1957 to 1960 inclusive and it is further ordered that he license of the respondent to practice law in this stale be sus pended for 90 days commencing Sept l 1964 The order was signed by Just ice C Edwin Moore as acting chief justice Swisher 44
