open its second new ttoa here Saturday morning accord ing to Warren Hi Geer city super visor Last Saturday the new sta tion at Federal avenue and Fifth street northeast was formally opened The opening Saturday will tS at South Federal avenue and fifteenth street where the complete service facilities that are available aj the new Fifth street location have been duplicated Oil and Gas company constructionengineers have made a careful study of the ground layout tfiat provides the most convenience f5r the public in securing the var icjus items of merchandise required at a gasoline and oil A An drews that unless they pay the 100 per cent stock assessment orderad shortly after the bank closed he I will take judgment against them I and attachment proceedings in the usual course thru the sheriffs office will follow Action will be started next week This brings to a head litigation which has been in progress ever since the assessment was ordered Shareholders who bought stock in the bank when it was reorganized in December 1926 opposed the as sessment on the grounds that the bank was insolvent when it re opened and that they did not obtain value received Judge D F Coyle ruled against
