Los Lunas Valencia County News (Newspaper) - October 25, 1973, Los Lunas, New Mexico Accident victim Dies funeral mass was offered monday at our lady of Belen Church for 24-year-old Macario Hurbina who was killed in a one car Accident Friday on nm-6 near the Junction with 1-40. His wife Patsy and his sister mrs. Valerie Garcia of Belen were injured in the Accident which occurred about 4 . Mrs. Hurbina was treated and released from St. Joseph Hospital in Albuquerque where mrs. Garcia was listed in satisfactory condition. The Hurbina car was travelling North on nm-6 when it failed to negotiate a curve left the Road and rolled Over twice. Hurbina worked for the Piggy wiggly store in Belen where he assisted the manager and the assistant manager. In addition to his wife he is survived by a son Richard a daughter Brenda his parents or. And mrs. Prudencio Hurbina of Belen two Brothers Prudencio or. And Eddie both of Belen four Sisters mrs. Garcia mrs. Mercy Olguin Eufemia Hurbina and Rosie Hurbina All of Belen.
