T the Court at St. James's, the 9th of April, 176Z P R E S E N Ti The KI N G's moil Excellent Majefty ihCohncil. HTE R E A S the Time limited by His Ma-. of jelly's Order in. Council of the 19th Oftober Iaft, for prohibiting the Exporting out 6f this Kingdom, or carrying Coaftwife, Gunpowder; Salt Petre, or any Sort of Arms or Ammunition, will expire upon the 29th Day of this Inftant April- And whereas it is judged expedient for His Majefty's Service, and the Safety of this Kingdom, that the faid Prohibition fhould be continued for fome longerTime ; His Majefty doth therefore; by and with the Advice of His Privy Council, hereby Order, Require, Prohibit and Command, That no Perfon orPerfons wHatfoever Lieutenants of His Majefty's Ships, or tte C&ef Officers on Board fuch TehderS as fhould be eift-ployed for Railing.
