L 6 N D O N. By Letters from Bruflels we hear, that the States of the' Dutchy of Luxemburgh, have advanced the Queen of. 'Hungary 600,000 Florins at 4 per Cent, and the Government is treating with the States of the Province of Namure, for fuch another Loan.
