On Monday night, his name was included in a list of eight new teaching appointments confirmed by the school board, assigned to the science and mathematics department. Baldwin, a former FBI agent, earned a master's de- gree in education after gov- eminent investigators granted him immunity from prosecution in exchange for information on the Committee for the Re-election of the President in 1972. He testified that he served as a lookout from the Howard Johnson Motor Lodge across the street from the Watergate apartment building in June 1972 when Washington, D.C. police surprised burglars link- ed to former president Richard Nixon's re-election effort.
