ROBERT JOHN BRODER Broder Pisko Double ring marriage vows were exchanged recent- ly between Miss Kathy Pisko, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Pisko of Lethbridge; and Robert John Broder, son of Mr. and. Mrs. Stanley Broder of Lethbridge. Rev. Marion officiated at the ceremony which took place in St. Basil's Roman Catholic Church in Lethbridge. Organist was Mrs. McCallum with soloist Sheila Pisko. Soloist accom- panists were Mark Boh, guitar, and Grant Pisko, bass guitar. Maid of honor was Joyce Pisko with bridesmaids Teresa Krol and Pat Ewing. Best man was Gary Scovill of Lethbridge, with groomsmen Bill Broder and Brian Fuller. Ushers were Ross Allsop and Stacy Pisko. At a reception held at Sven Ericksen's Family Restaurant, Grant Pisko was master of ceremonies. Toast to the bride was given by John Sevcov, uncle of the bride, of Nanaimo. Following a honeymoon trip to Vancouver and other points in B.C., the couple took up residence on an acreage near Edmonton. First United Church in Lethbridge was the setting for the marriage of Miss Carol Ann Vosburgh, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Vosburgh of Lethbridge; and Douglas Robert Borthwick, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. Borthwick of Fort Macleod. Officiating at the double ring ceremony was Rev. Ken Jordan. Soloist was Sherry Kennedy. Matron of honor was Patty Christie of Lethbridge with bridesmaids Jeanette Vosburgh, sister in law of the bride, of Calgary, Susan Kirk of Lethbridge and Merlene Hornberger of Fort Macleod. Flowergirl was Kim Widmer of Calgary. Best man was Sonny Jenkins of Fort Macleod with groomsmen Jerry Widmer of Calgary, Pat Meige of Fort Macleod and Barry Hornberger of Fort Macleod. Ushers were Garry Vosburgh, brother of the bride, of Lethbridge and Skifty Borthwick, brother of the groom, of Fort Macleod. Ringbearer was Robbie Widmer of Fort McMurray. Following a reception at Sven Ericksen's Family Restaurant, the couple travelled to points in B.C. and the United States for a honeymoon. They have taken up residence in Lethbridge. Marriage vows were ex- changed recently in the Lethbridge district courthouse between Miss Lynn Irene Ryley, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David Ryley of Edmonton; and Akio Douglas Tokunaga, son of Mr. and Mrs. Moriguma Tokunaga of Pic- ture Butte. The double ring ceremony was performed by Edward Kisel. Bridal attendant was Sandra Ryley, sister of the bride, of Edmonton. The wedding book was attended by Marion Tokunaga. Best man was Ken Tokuda of Picture Butte. A reception followed in the Westerner Room at the El Rancho Motor Hotel. A garden reception at the Blakie home followed the service. The bride was attended by her sisters Karen and Lori Blakie and Lynn Thompson of Edmonton. Maid of honor was Susan Galloway of Edmonton. Earl Blakie and Randal Doyle, brothers of the bride and groom were the ushers. Best man was James Wenger of Edmonton, with groomsman Richard Cannon, also of Edmonton. Toast to the bride was given by Felix Ober. Master of ceremonies was Bob Harrison, uncle of the bride.
