499 Pupils COALDALE (HNS) A to- tal of 499 pupils have enrolled at the R. I. Baker School here. It is an elementary and ju- nior high school. There are 157 elementary pupils including 27 beginners. James Parks, principal, stated the junior high students have a wide selection of op- tions. They range from a nsw one entitled "photography and visual education" to student, government, instrumental and choral music, creative writing, biology, drama and typing. Paul is teaching photo- graphy and visual education. It deals with sound projectors, film strips, overhead projec- tors, video tapes and other equipment pertaining to the field. Crowsnest Cubs Plan New Year BLAIRMORE (CNP Bureau) All boys in the Crowsnest Pass towns between the ages of eight to 10 years are ad- vised that registrations for Cubs will be held in the Blair- more United Church from 6 to 7 p.m. on Friday Sept. 18. Cub meetings will start on Tuesday Sept. 22 from 6 to p.m. in the Blairmore Uni- ted Church auditorium.
