Lethbridge Herald, The (Newspaper) - September 6, 1974, Lethbridge, Alberta Page 7 Top Stratford stars on Naked Mind debut Top Stratford Festive) stars will perform in selected excerpts from famous plays in the premiere of CBC-TV's new Naked Mind series starting Monday at !0 p.m The Naked Mind is an un- usual blend of informative and entertaining television designed to focus public attention on common emotional problems, Lorraine Thomson is host of the four half'hour shows winch are based on a hour special telecast dur- ing the summer of J973, The unique format features excerpts from plays, illustrating par- Ucular emotional ailments arising from sociological circumstances. The dramatic presenta- tion is followed by a panel discussion which is supplemented by reaction from a specialist in emotional upsets a psy- chologist or sociologist, who relates the dramatized problem to real-life ex- periences. Panelists on the series premiere are humorist Henry Morgan, broad- caster and former politi- cian Judy LaMarsh, ar- Usuc director of the Strat- ford Festival Jean Gascon, and actress-singer Dinah Christie. The drama excerpts on this program showcase some of the brightest talents from Stratford.
