The course will begin with the fundamentals and progression will be at each individuals rate Course duration 15 weeks Commences September 6th SWIM CLUB The Sting Ray Swim Club invites any boy or girl 6 to 17 who is interested in a highly competitive and active swim club fo attend their training session beginning September 5th Time 5 30 7 00 Monday Wednesday Friday TEEN PROGRAM JUNIOR LEADERS Time Saturdays 12 30 1 30 Gyrn 1 30 2 00 Pool Ages Co Ed 12 14 years Leadership development gets its start with our Junior Leader corp The two semester course deals basically with teaching me- thods and leadership skills in a weekly practical application basis One semester will deal with aquatics and the other with gymnasium activities Each leader must participate in both semester to com plete the program Commences September 15th 1973 LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT TRAINING PROGRAM Leadership Development Training Progran is a formal training program designed for volunteer leaders from age fifteen (15) to eighty (80) Drawing from different expertise personnel within tie community The program will cover the art of teaching under standing of others and self practical skills and technical know ledge basic program activity charctenstics and a sound background of the Y M C A s history philosophy and organ ?ation The program is devided into four separate specialized sections 1) Aquatics 2) Non physical (club room activities) 3) Movement education (fundamental gymnastics) 4) Gymnasiurr and court activities semesters (the first from September December and the second from January April) will
