Grazing leases of Dominion Lands vnsultnldo for agricultural purposes �nay bo secured In that portion of She Province of Atlierta, lying South of the Northern boundary of Township 38 and In the Southwestern portion of the Province of Saskatchewan. Leases shall be for a period not exceeding 21 years, and no leaecshall cover a greater area than 100,000 acres. Lands leased are not subject to homestead entry or sale, but the Minister of the Interior may cancel � leasehold, or any portion thereof bygivlng the lessee two years' not -Ice. The rental chargeable is two cats per acre per annum. A lease �annot be granted an applicant unless he owns one head of cattle or tve head of sheep for every 60 acres applied for, and the lessee shall increase his stock so as to be in possession nt the end of three years of one head of cattle or five head of sheep for every 20 acres leased, and hall maintain stock in this proportion during the continuance of the Drs.
