She married Daniel Ostlund in 1913 and they con- tinued to live in Stirling until his passing in 1931, she then married Alonzo Nelson in 1938 and they also lived in Stirling until his death in 1949. At that time Mrs. Nelson moved to Lethbridge. She was an active member in The L.D.S. Church and had served as President of the Stirling Relief Society for several years. She was also an active member of the U.F.W.A. for many years. She is survived by one son, Farrel Stirling; seven daughters, Mrs. Laurence (Helen) Babb of Raymond, Mrs. Todd (Bunny) Haibeck of Lethbridge, Mrs. Gerald 'Ruth) Gibb of Raymond, Mrs. Boyd (Velda) ffirsche of Stirling. In the early 1920's he moved to Hardieville and worked in the No. 6 mine, then farmed in the Lethbridge area until retiring in 1955." He was predeceased by bis wife in May 1951.
