(AP) A new biweekly newspaper with a single return juvenile runaways to their being distributed to thousands of police agencies in the United States, Canada and Mexico. The publication is the brain- child of an Albany, Calif., furni- ture wholesaler, George Stamper who said he worried about the homeless kids wan- dering the streets. For the parents of a missing youngster can place in the National Missing Youth Lo- cator a photograph of the child, a full description and a brief message. The six issues printed have included descriptions of about 75 teen-agers.
