REEVE Manager ..The finding of a dead body on the Milk Hiver Hidgo laat Saturday is a part of another mystery to Iks un- \ ravelled by tho ll.N.W.M.P. Some five or six weeks ago, Mrs. Ilasarmany, wife of tho unction-fore-man at Milk Itivor, one day from the v mtiow of her house, saw a red-head ed and whiskered man aottng very strangely as ho kept running into the Milk Hiver and out onto tho'banks '.and acting in a strange manner generally. She reported tho incident to her husband and the police, who sourched diligently for the man, with no results, until last Saturday when one of tho police from Coutts found ; tho dead body of tho man on tho Hidgo. Tho body was examined euro fully for marks of violence but none wtfro found. Neither was thoro any way of learning who ho was. The body was buried and tho grave inarl* ed so that the body may bo exhumed should any relatives hoar of his decease. The deceased wns of medium build, nvo foot six in height, agetl about thirty-five and weighed ono hundred and fifty pounds. He had reddish buir, a short, heavy moustache and a short growth of whiskers, reddish brown in color. On his chuttt was a circular tattoo mark, six inches in diameter and containing a full-rigged sailing vessel in tho centra. There wore also faint tattoos on tho arms.
