They were ac- companied by their wives. His sister and her husband. Mr. and Mrs. Case Hykoop of Granurn and a niece, Mr. and Mrs. Tom DeBoer of Calgary also attended. Leighton Buckwcll, MLA was in attendance to present the honored couple with official government scrolls from LI.- Gov Grant MaeHwan and 1're- 1 rnier 1'eter Ixnighced. Other i guests came from surrounding towns. Mr. and Mrs. Emmelkamp have two sons, Herman of i Korl Macleod and Gcrrit of How Island; two daughters, Mrs. Albert Uoani of Fort Macleod and Mrs. Ili-n- ry (DorothyI Visser of U-lh- h'ridge. There ar 10 grandchil- dren. All were present. Mr. Emmclkamp came to Fort Macloed from Iowa in His wife came to Noble- ford in Hllli from the Nether- lands. Both have resided in the area since their arrival.
