Born, raised and educated in England, the late Mrs. Crowe came to Canada in 1919. She had resided in the Lethbridge area until 1946, when she moved to Broad- view, Sask., where she met and married her husband Mr. George Crowe. They moved back to Lethbridge in March of 1953 and have resided here since. Up until the last ten years, Mrs. Crowe had been very active in many communi- ty affairs. She enjoyed Dart Tournaments and took great pride in the many trophies she won. She had also been very active in the Canadian Legion and the Army and Navy. Besides her loving husband she is also survived by six sons, Mr. Roy Watmough, Mr. Chester Watmough, Mr. Harvey Watmough, Mr. Alvin Watmough, all of Calgary, Mr. Gilbert Watmough of Shaughnessy, Mr. Albert Wat- mough of High River; one daughter, Mrs. Doris McArthur of McLennan; three step-sons, Mr. George Crowe of Cranbrook, B.C., Mr. Edward Crowe of Lethbridge, Mr. Harvey Crowe of Rycroft: fifty-two grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren.
