He outlined the now policy at a news conference opening the headquarters here of the Office of the French Language, which will have "the specific task ol implanting the French language into industry." Linguistic specialists will move in on various industries with a three-stage program of persuasion, he said. First, they will negotiate nn agreement with a specific firm to make Frencli its primary lan- guage and "circumscribe" Eng- lish by mutual accord. The action team will analyse "the network of communica- tions, oral and written keeping in mind the degree of usage of both Frencli and English, and without forgetting the require- ments (if various Mr. Cloutier said.
