Roll call was Bugs Me Junior Leaders and their duties were appointed. Sewing bee dates were con- firmed. A talk on Club Week was given by Patricia Patching. It was introduc- ed by Cathy Murray and thanked by Debbie Davies Park Lake 4-H Beef Club held an organizational meeting on Oct. 3 at the Coalhurst School. Election of the executive was held for the year Mr. F. assistant R. Neher and Mr B. Pearson. It was decided to have the weigh in on Nov. 4 at the McNicol farm from 1 to 4 p.m. It was decided to have a mixed club this year The next decision was to hold the awards banquet on Dec 1 at 6 p.m. afthe Coalhurst High School. The Barons Beef Club held their first 4-H meeting at the Barrhill School on Oct. 11. There are 25 including eight new members. The president of the club is Ed vice Kim Colleen treasure Terry Irvine. The re organization meeting of the Lethbridge Northern 4-H Beef Club was held Oct. 15 at the Pic- ture Butte Municipal GOOD SERVICE AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION LTD. It was decided that meeting will be held on the first Monday of every month at the Picture Butte Municipal Library at 8 p.m. Leader for the new year is John Hormoth and assis- tant leader is Walter F.' Pincher Creek Reining and Training 4-H Club re organized on Oct. 13 in M.D. Building. A good potential membership was in attendance The main business of this meeting was to elect the new club executive for the coming year Elections by secret ballot were con- ducted for every office and resulted in the Judy vice Clay Carol Brian club Clint Marr. The club decided to elect a club Becky Mitchell for the cdming year. Club members decided to hold a tour of members homes to see their 4-H horses on Oct 28 and Nov. 4. The latest meeting of the Vauxnall 4-H Mixed Beef Club was conducted in the high school NOV. 1. Record books and manuals were distributed among club members. Cheryl Skretting explained how to fill out personal records. Next month's meeting will involve a recreation session in the school gym- nasium Hillspring Silver Springs 4-H Light Horse Club has elected Nita at a re- organization meeting. Other officers include Dale Terry Wynderv secretary- treasurer and Bruce Mar- club reporter. A tea and bake sale is planned for Nov. 16 by members of Wrenthan 4-H Multi Club. Sewing and beef club activities were discussed and Dec. 3 was set as the date for the next meeting. Club president is Gayle reporter is Peggy Hirsche. Glenwood Trail Trotters Light Horse Club met at Jim Nielsen's home at the end of October. Gary Asuch'ak was elected president. Other officers include Bonnie' vice- Doral Marilee treasurer and Teresa club reporter. New officers have been chosen by Milk River 4-H Beef Club. Vince Ellert is president. Other officers include Ross vice- Bernie treasurer and Pattie club reporter.
