Will Build New Manse A meeting of the Board of Managers of St. Andrew's Church was held last evening, when the plans and specifications of a proposed modern eight roomed manse were examined and dis cussed. The new manse will be located close beside St. Andrew's Church. Tenders will be called for at once. In order that the manse may be erected as soon as possible. Warner Record Sold P. E.
