He' forced the chauffeur to descend and lead his horse, which be- came frightened, around the machine and out of the way of danger. This is the first time that the Virginia law requiring'a chauffeur to render aid in such -contingencies has ever been enforced in such a drastic man- ner and by a private citizen.
