rule WINNIPEG -Provin- cial Judge John Enns has rul- ed today the film Last Tango In Pans is not obscene under the Criminal Code of Canada Judge Enns dismissed obscenity charges against Odeon Morton Theatres Ltd and United Artists Corp the distributor of the film Last Tango was seized by police May 25 from the Kings Theatre in owned by Odeon Morton after it had been shown for only two days A
