Lethbridge Herald, The (Newspaper) - November 3, 1973, Lethbridge, Alberta LETHBR1DQR 1979 Judge rules on passport shuffle Gary Grant to share custody TV highlights LOS AINUtLKS A Superior Court judge has rul- ed that actor Cary Grant and his actress Dyan Can- will have alternative custody of their daughter's passport. The ruling Judge Jack Swink was on a suit filed by Grant seeking permanent possession of seven-year-old Jennifer's passport. Swink ruled that Grant will keep the document on even- numbered and Miss Cannon will have possession on oddnumbered years. Each parent must relinquish the document for any court- approved foreign travel by the child. Miss Cannon. has custody of Jennifer and 69. has liberal visiting privileges. They have been in court repeatedly in disputes over the child's upbringing. ATHENS Mikis Theodorakis is free to return home without fear of being says the Greek government. Theodorakis spent some time in prison for his opposi- tion to the military-backed Greek regime. He left the country in January. after being freed. The government said that no charges are known to be pending against Theo- dorakis. some of his music still may not be per- formed in Greece.
