taking of tho overseas soldiers vote at the nftar 710011 Copp declared cd that an Investigation should 1m hold Into the votes of soldiers polled in and Ho claimed that had taken in connection with tho voting in Canada and letters received from con vinced him that In taking tho over KOHS irregularities had been made which amounted to frauds and Copp then proceeded to read a statement which contained thirtytwo direct charges in this He declared that there was a carefully organized conspiracy which affected a large number of constituencies throughout The charges cov ered tho various includ ing the taking of tho soldiers vote which have boon made at various times throughout the session but cov ered a number of specific details not hitherto The Charges Copps charges were as fol lows I hereby state on my honor and on my responsibility as a member of this honorable house That in the election a care fully organized conspiracy existed extensive frauds were perpetX uated in connection with the
