The program was originally telecast as a 00 minute CBC "Whife Paper presentation on Feb. 2D and received enthusias- tic response from the press and viewing public in Canada. Pro- ducer Murray Creed, working with an interdepartmen- tal cornmiir.ee established by the federal .Government to co- ordinate Canada's contribution 10 the Stockholm Conference, has re edited the program to minutes.
