Dry lands are being sold at prices varying to per acre, and irri- gable lands from to per acre, and the purchaser four to six to pay for dry lands, and four to eleven years for irrigable lands. The period is deteix mined by the amount of cultivation done before the second-and third payments become due. There is also a Water Rental of per irrigable acre per annum for ahce and operation. p The farming operations of the Company have shown; what can be produced on these lands, and they_are anxious to sell to the "right kind of farmers."
