(AP) Montana game and fish depart- ment says nearly all waters in the state will be open to fisher- men Saturday, but the lakes and steams will be low because of a poor spring runoff. Waterways are axpected to be clear. The department also said two new laws affecting fishermen will not go into ef- fect until July 1. One change will allow Mon- tana residents 62 and older to purchase a 15 cent "pioneer li- which is good for fish- ing and hunting game birds ex- cept wild turkeys. The special charge now ap- plies only to those 65 and old- der. In the other change, aliens who qualify as Montana resi- dents may buy resident fishing fand hunting licences. BUILDING PRESERVED BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) One of the country's oldest steel- framed skyscrapers, the storey Prudential building in downtown Buffalo, has been added to the National Register of Historic Places. The 78-year- old building now is eligible for federal funds for its pre- servation. ;
