Lethbridge Herald, The (Newspaper) - May 7, 1974, Lethbridge, Alberta Recommends music centre HALIFAX The con- struction of a to million music centre in Halifax to serve as a resource facility for musical education in Eastern Canada has been recommended to the'Halifax school board. Chalmers the city's music says such an institution mighf eventually become as famous as the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
