Scoring was on total point basis The winner of the first place trophy, donated by C. E French Livestock, was Cindy Young and her rink third Maxme McKenna, second Allison StillweH, lead Sharon Price. Second place trophy, donated by United Feeds, was won by Brian Nicol and his rink. With him were, third Allan Lkima, second Garth McCoy and lead Francie Motycha. Third place trophy, donated by Perlich Bros Auction, was won by the Rolf Kostka rink Teamed with him were, third Murray, second Al- lan McCoy and lead Patsy Doenz. Fourth place trophy, donated by Southern Feeds, was won by the John Murray nnk With nun were, third Carmen Chow, second Andy Masnyk, and lead David Nemeth AAcNALLY Bj Rolf .lanhsen 'irne beef club meeting via.s held Apnl 4 with 14 members and two leaders piesent Janet Russell called the meeting to order and Lon Jar- okoski led in the pledge. Secretary Monika Janhsen read the minutes of the pre- vious meeting and treasurer Jim Russell reported on the fi- nancial condition of the Randy Slen was named chairman of a dance commit- tee with other members includ- ing Jojce Van Deursen, Moni- ka Janhsen and Shirley Van Deurzen McNALLY By Sharon French The 4-H public speaking com- petition for the McNally Tailor Tacks was held March 30 at the McNally School. Judges for the evening were June Wright and Shirley San- ford of the B. City ToastaHS- tress' Club and Jerry Wright and John Hogg of the Leth- bndge Toastmaster's Club First division winner was Patricia Patching with second division junior winner Debbie Davies FOREMOST B> Lenora Van Staaldiune The 6th meeting of the Prong- horn 4-H Beef Club was held April 16 at the Foremost school Matthew Van Gaaler led tiie pledge The club's calf tear was held April 21 Joan Stapplei was chosen as delegate for the club week at Olds this summer The calf show and sale to be held June 8 in Foremost GLENWOOD By Janet JAlibert The 4-H speaking competition for the Glen wood 4-H multi. sew what and light hoise clubs held Farch 23 Winners in the junior section included Carma Leavitt for the multi club, Terry Wynder for the sew-what club and Bonnie Lund for the light horse club. Winners in the senior section included Janet Lybbert for the multi club, Doral Lybbert for the light horse club and Chris Rice for the sew-whal club.
