Public notice is hereby given that i on and after the first day of April, 1909, all the lands set out in the list hereunder will be opened for home- stead entry to the first eligible ap- plicant at the Office oi the Agent or Sub-Agent of Dominion Lands for the district in which such lands are situ- ated. With respect tu any of the lands mentioned lying within the pre-emp- tion' tract, applications may also be made to the Agent .or Sub-Agent, and such applications will be subject to Ihe provisions of the Dominion Lands Act priority and those of the existing regulations regarding procedure for determining claims _ to pre-emptions of homesteaders living in the vicinity of the pre-emption tract.
