Public notice is hereby given that i on and after the first day of April, 1909, all the lands set out in the list hereunder will be opened for home- stead entry to the first eligible ap- plicant at the Office oi the Agent or Sub-Agent of Dominion Lands for the district in which such lands are situ- ated.
