MIDDLETON Pinoher Creek, .March visit of Mrs. G. D. Piunkett with her husband -to Okotoks last week on ac- iount of the critical illness of Mrs. H. ivlJddJeton, sister of Mrs. Piunkett, proved a very sad one. The day after their arrival Sirs, iliddletoa passed over to 'the silent majority, the re- mains "being conveyed to Pincher Creek, where interment took place at the Enchich church cemetery. The deceased came from County Kerry, Ireland, fourteen years ago and has been married twelve years. She leaves a husband and five children, the 'birth of the -last and youngest causing her death. The 'bereaved vhus- hand and children have -been staying witih Mr. and Mrs. Piunkett since 'the funeral here on Saturday. TRIED TO RUN THE HINDUS OUT OF TOWiN Portland, March mills at St John, closed fol- lowing the attempt of a mob of white men to run the Hindus out of town, on Tuesday night, resumed operations today.
