The plan, expected to cost the province million in its first year, will cover about children. Mr. Forget said in the na- tional assembly an agreement permitting the plan to go ahead was signed last week with the Association of Dental Surgeons of Quebec. A similar agreement was signed last September with the Association of Oral Surgeons of Quebec, but the free dental care program could not be started until the dentists had also come to terms with the government.
