NEW YORK (CP) A major ejeyision network in the United fates finds itself in a dilemma ver its refusal to telecast a controversial anti-war play one critic calls "not above mo- mentous drivel." David Rabe's prize winning Broadway play, Sticks and iones, was filmed for television >y its producer, Joseph Papp, and was to be shown on the CBS network Friday night. Dad and Mom talk about 'yellow gook pigs in Viet- nam." Daniel, the veteran, counters with: "They are the color of the earth only the winter is white." In the end, Daniel bitterly tells his famiy, and the au- dience: 'I'm home now and I want to drink from the toilet. And you will join me. You will join me..
