CHANGE ONTARIO WERAHCEACI Amendment Made To Prevent Consignments of Liquor to Fake Addresses Norfolk, Va., Mar. l:'.,-Members of the crow of the Russian steamer Omsk, removed today by Collector of Customs Hamilton at tlie request of Captain Edmond Yannvsky, because of their Bolsheviki tendencies, on being paroled tonlglit by federal authorities, armed thoinsolveR and made an effort to take the .sliip. The American armed port guard in charge of the vessel refused to allow tho men aboard, and police reserves were sent to arrest them. Before the police arrived, however, tho Russians defied tho guard and boarded the sliip witliout violence. Half a dozen port deputies were rushed to tho ship and with the guard searched the Russians and their quarters. A large assortment ot firearms and knives wej-o confiscated.
