Judge W. J. Haddnd ordered tho company and its adjuster, Don Cookc, to pay damages of S2.500 to Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Holowaly o! Edmonton, whoso car was lakcn by the company in March 1971. Tho judge also found Mr. Cookc guilty of trespassing on (he ilolowaty's property and of removing a coil wire from the ear. Court was told that payments on the car and a truck were in default when B bailiff seized the truck in Davvson Creek, B.C., Match 18, 1971. Mr. Holo- waty, a trucker, was working there at the time.
